ABOUT ME

Hello! I'm Sarah.

When I'm not coaching, you'll probably find me at the piano, in the pool, or off exploring somewhere new with my dog. I'm a classical musician and part-time piano teacher, not the most obvious background for a health coach, I know!

I've been coaching people through meaningful changes to their health, habits, and lives for several years, and I hold internationally recognised certifications as a nutrition coach, behaviour change specialist, and weight loss specialist. I've spent a lot of that time investing in my own fitness and nutrition too. Starting Do the Thing was my own version of doing exactly what I help my clients do: deciding what matters and actually going for it.

We all have the capacity to change and achieve what we want. Sometimes we just need someone in our corner to help us get there!
