Nutrition & Exercise Coaching
There's no shortage of nutrition advice out there. Cut carbs. Count calories. Eat clean. Intermittent fast. It's overwhelming, often contradictory, and most of it makes healthy eating sound miserable.
The truth is, eating well doesn't have to mean cutting your favourite foods and eating like a bird. Whether you're not sure where to start, want to understand what actually works for your goals, or want to build a healthier lifestyle, I make it achievable and something you can actually live with.
We'll work together on balanced, nutritious eating with foods you actually enjoy, built around your life. No banned foods, no extremes. Dinner out, cake at a birthday party, food you actually love, are all possible. With personalised support and guidance throughout, the aim is to get you results in a way you can sustain for life. If you want to add an exercise plan into the mix, that's an option too.

Most of the time, this isn't about lack of motivation or willpower. It's deeper than that; patterns of thinking and behaviour that have built up over time, often without you even realising it. With the right support, those patterns can change.
My approach is evidence-based, grounded in behavioural science and psychology. Together, we look at what you want to achieve and what's genuinely getting in the way, with support and encouragement throughout not just in sessions but as you start noticing real change in your everyday life. You'll gain clarity, a deeper understanding of yourself, and the confidence to reach your goals and make change from the inside out.

One-to-one personal training (live online or in person) is coming soon! Sessions will be focused, hands-on, and designed to build strength and confidence with real-time feedback and technique guidance.
