Hot & Thriving For those who want more frequent support and a closer level of guidance. Weekly 1:1 sessions plus additional check-ins as needed. Consistent, hands-on support to tackle whatever menopause throws at you, so you can genuinely thrive rather than just get through it.
Nutrition Coaching
There's no shortage of nutrition advice out there. Cut carbs. Count calories. Eat clean. Intermittent fast. It's overwhelming, often contradictory, and most of it makes healthy eating sound miserable.
The truth is, eating well doesn't have to mean cutting your favourite foods and eating like a bird. Whether you're not sure where to start, want to understand what actually works for your goals, or want to build a healthier lifestyle, I make it achievable and something you can actually live with.
We'll work together on balanced, nutritious eating with foods you actually enjoy, built around your life. No banned foods or extremes. Dinner out, cake at a birthday party, food you actually love: all possible. With personalised support and guidance throughout, the aim is to get you results in a way you can sustain for life.
