Whether you've never quite managed to keep exercise consistent, can't seem to get started, or you're starting from scratch, the challenge is usually the same. When a fitness routine asks too much, too much time, too much disruption, too much to squeeze into an already full life, it gets skipped. And when it gets skipped enough, it gets abandoned.
Built to Fit works differently. Bite-sized workouts, short enough to fit into a busy week, challenging enough to get you results. When the workouts fit into your life and you feel yourself getting stronger and fitter, something clicks. You stop putting it off. It just becomes something you do.
It's not about squeezing more into your life. It's about making exercise a part of it.
The Workouts
Three full-body sessions a week, never more than 20 minutes. You choose the days that work for you. Every workout is scaled to your fitness level, with progression built in across the four weeks. Short enough to fit into real life. Effective enough to get you results.

Practical, realistic strategies you can apply straight away, without overhauling your life.
Accountability
You're not doing this alone. Beyond your personalised check-ins, there's group motivation, shared wins, and a coach in your corner throughout. The kind of support that makes the difference between week one and week four.

Small actions designed to help you build more fitness into your day. Simple, doable, and they add up.

Our own little community! A moderated group open for short windows each week to share wins, stay motivated, and connect. Supportive and participatory, without the noise of a group chat running all day.
