Nutrition Audit

Not sure why you're not losing fat, or not sure where to even start? You might have a rough idea that your eating could be better, but you're not sure what to actually change. Or maybe you feel like you're doing okay but nothing is shifting. Either way, the answer is usually in the detail, and that's exactly what this looks at.


Here's how it works.

You track your normal eating for 7 days using a food tracking app (I recommend MyFitnessPal for its extensive database, but any app works). No changes yet, just eating as you normally would and logging it.

I review your food log and send you back personalised feedback: what's likely affecting your progress, the patterns I'm seeing, and where to focus. The feedback is based on what you're actually eating, so you can make meaningful changes relevant to you. No generic advice.

If you want more personalised support after that, I offer 1:1 coaching covering both nutrition and fitness, but with this you'll walk away with something valuable either way and there's no pressure to continue.
